When Advancelytics is installed on a customerās website, the customer is responsible for providing appropriate privacy notices and obtaining any legally required consent from website visitors for the use of Advancelytics, cookies, local storage, session identifiers, AI chat, lead capture, journey analytics, behavioral tracking, and any other analytics or tracking technologies enabled on the customerās website.

AI outputs are probabilistic and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a specific situation. Advancelytics does not guarantee that any AI-generated score, classification, recommendation, summary, or prediction will be accurate or lead to a specific business result. Customers are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before relying on them.
1.6 Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate privacy notices on their own websites, obtaining legally required consent from website visitors, ensuring lawful use of cookies, tracking, AI chat, lead capture, analytics, and uploaded content, avoiding collection of sensitive personal information unless legally permitted, reviewing AI-generated outputs before use, and ensuring their use of Advancelytics complies with applicable laws.
